Group 2 Development Permit (Commercial and Industrial Uses)

Group 2 Development Permits are required for all commercial and industrial uses that are not specified as conditional uses. These permits are required for both new construction and expansion of existing commercial or industrial businesses. This also includes recreational uses that are commercial in nature.

2. Neighboring Properties (Group 2 Permits require notice to neighboring properties. Please provide the NAME AND ADDRESS for all properties that are contiguous to your parcel.)

4. Administrative Review Process. The Planning director will issue a Development Permit within 30 days of a complete application. The Planning Director may issue CONDITIONAL APPROVAL of the permit related to ingress and egress, parking, fencing, screening, landscaping, setbacks, signs and lighting, weed control and conditions to address other reviewing agency concerns.

5. Applicant Statement. Everything included in this application is true and meets all application submittal requirements as found in the Carbon County Development Regulations.
